Our Story

Paying It Forward Surrogacy was founded in 2020 by Beth Moszkowicz, a parent twice through surrogacy, who wanted to create the agency she wished had existed when she was building her family via surrogacy. Today we are a boutique gestational surrogacy agency built on lived experience, ethical practice, and genuine care for every intended parent and surrogate we have the privilege of working with.

Meet Beth Moszkowicz, Founder

Beth knows what it feels like to sit where you are sitting.

She built her own family through surrogacy twice. She navigated the medical appointments, the legal process, the emotional weight of not knowing, and the moment when it all finally came together. She knows what it feels like to need a guide who genuinely understands what is at stake, and she knows what it costs when that support falls short.

That is the agency she built.

Paying It Forward exists because Beth wanted to create the experience she wished she had found. An agency that stays small enough to know you. That brings conflict-free legal and medical coordination to every case. That treats surrogates as the extraordinary people they are. That never lets an intended parent or a surrogate feel like a number.

Beth holds an M.A. J.D. in Communications from Syracuse University and a B.A. from Brandeis University. More importantly she has lived every stage of the journey she now guides others through.

Rooted in both her personal path and professional expertise, she is dedicated to surrogate advocacy, education, and building lasting relationships that carry through the entire surrogacy process.

We never carry more than 20 active cases at a time. This is a deliberate choice that protects the quality of attention, response time, and personal care we are able to give everyone we work with.

No and that is intentional. We work with independent third-party legal and escrow providers.. This eliminates any conflict of interest and ensures every recommendation made serves our clients and no one else.
